Admin note: this topic was created by splitting the first two posts from the general 'No Gods' thread. Please post your 'No Gods' reviews here, even if it's just one line.

Rise Records are streaming the album in full at http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC89DAB1E1187F6EE

I am determined to resist listening to it until I get the CD in my hands! Play posted it today so hopefully I will get it on Monday.

I think this is an amazing set of songs. Still need more time to soak it all up, but can't say more than that really. Some of is so good, it's making me angry Neutral Yeah, not sure how to explain that one!

It's probably going to be my personal Album Of The Year, unless The Gaslight Anthem's release out-does it Razz

I think the same will happen with me. This looks set to be my album of the year hopefully until Gaslight blows me away with 'Handwritten' Smile

Is there a way the admins could introduce a poll to vote for people's favourite track?

I couldn't resist any longer and I've just finished a massive essay so I thought I could reward myself by listening to the album. I absolutely love it. There is a whole joyful sound in the way this album has been produced and I really hope they stick with this producer for the 2nd album because they have a great formula that works! On first listen I would say Patient Spider stands out as my favourite track but they are all so good it's hard to choose. From first listen I have given each song a ranking out of 10.
1. 'Til The Wonders Rise - 9
2. Arcane Effigies - 10
3. Able Moving Hearts - 9
4. On A Clear Day You Can See Yourself - 8
5. Matthew's Baby - 9
6. Patient Spider - 10
7. Turn To You - 9
8 Dawn Soft Light - 8
9. What Entails? - 10
10. Luck - 9
11. No Gods - 8
